Your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we’ve compiled a wide list of options that will make your stay even easier and more enjoyable. Optional services can either be offered completely free of charge or at an additional cost. In any case, it is good to know this as early as possible so that everything is ready upon your arrival.

There is available complete baby and children’s equipment consisting of babycots, changing tables, dining chairs, children’s tables with chairs, children’s tableware, etc. Please let us know when booking if and how many sets you require so that you have them ready on your arrival. This equipment is provided to you at no additional charge.

Bed linen is changed every 3 days. There is even the possibility of daily change for an additional fee. Please ask us.

Our kitchens are fully equipped so you can prepare your every meal, snack, coffee or drink. If you wish, and in cooperation with local restaurants, we can provide you with delivery services for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, drinks and beverages for an additional fee. You will find detailed instructions upon your arrival but we are at your disposal for any clarification even before you come.

If you have a special request or want a service that is not listed here, you can ask us. We will inform you as soon as possible about whether it is feasible to implement as well as its cost.

Reservation policy

To make the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the value of your stay is required via credit / debit card or transfer / deposit to a bank account. During the reservation process, please state the full name in which you wish the tax documents (receipt or invoice) to be issued, as well as the dates of stay.

Cancelation policy

• For cancellations up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival, 100% of the deposit is refunded

• For cancellations from 29 to 15 days before the scheduled arrival, 50% of the deposit is refunded,

• For cancellations requested less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival the deposit is non-refundable.

Payment – Issuance of receipts or invoices

The payment of your stay is completed on the day of arrival and in any case at least 3 working days before your departure by credit / debit card charge, deposit / transfer to one of our company’s bank accounts or in cash.

Our company can issue a receipt or service invoice for the details in which the reservation has been made and for the total number of days of stay. In case you need some different treatment, e.g. document issue per day, please inform us upon your arrival.
