The brand new western villa of the Meli Donna Casa complex is waiting for you. Completed in June 2022, it has an area of ​​135 square meters and consists of a large reception area with a living room and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet with disabled specifications and 3 large bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Two of them have king-size beds and one has two semi-double beds. In each bedroom there are large wardrobes with a safebox big enough to fit in addition to your valuable personal items and electronic equipment such as laptops and tablets. Air conditioning units and 40″ and 55″ smart TVs with satellite receiver are available both in the bedrooms and in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances as well as small appliances such as toasters, juicers, blenders, filter coffee makers, espresso coffee makers, etc.

In the private garden of almost 2 acres you will be able to dive in the large swimming pool, relax on the sunbeds and poufs, enjoy your coffee in the outdoor lounge and eat what you have prepared on your private bbq in the outdoor dining area.
